Sovereign Blue Capital Fund Ltd.
Bahamas-Regulated Digital Asset Investment Fund
About the Fund
Sovereign Blue Capital Fund Ltd. is a Bahamas-regulated digital asset investment fund and financial infrastructure firm. The Fund is structured as a Segregated Account Company (SAC) and licensed by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas under the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act (DARE Act).
SBC operates two integrated business lines. The first is active fund management across the digital asset economy. The second is the Venture Architect division, which designs and builds the financial infrastructure that governments, institutions, and enterprises need to participate in digital markets.
Infrastructure
Fund assets are held in segregated cold storage by BitGo, an independent qualified custodian with $250 million insurance coverage per incident. Multi-signature security requires multiple key holders for any asset movement. Fund administration is provided by Agio Fund Services Ltd., which independently calculates NAV and manages investor registry and subscription processing. The Fund undergoes a fully independent annual audit. All entities operate under the oversight of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.
Leadership
Shane Davis serves as Fund Sponsor and Chief Investment Officer. He brings over a decade of digital asset experience spanning institutional risk management and portfolio management through two full market cycles. His background includes Deloitte Digital Asset Risk Advisory.
Brian Jones serves as Corporate Director with over 20 years of Bahamas fund governance experience. He holds the CAIA designation.
Venture Architect
The Venture Architect division designs and builds financial infrastructure for organizations entering the digital asset economy. Capabilities span four areas: Financial Engineering covers economic models, treasury architecture, and capital flow systems. Regulatory Architecture covers compliance frameworks and multi-jurisdictional entity structuring. Operational Orchestration covers integrating custody, administration, identity verification, and payment systems into unified infrastructure. Liquidity Structuring covers capital formation strategies, secondary market mechanics, and institutional access pathways.
Geographic Focus
Sovereign Blue Capital focuses on Africa and the Caribbean. Active engagements span West Africa — commodities and digital payments — East Africa — fintech and mobile infrastructure — and the Caribbean — digital financial services.
